Former good friend and employee Donna Lombardi is contacting out Ceaser Emanuel of VH1’s “Black Ink Crew” right after he was caught abusing puppies on digicam.
The surprising movie surfaced on Wednesday when weblog web page @gossipofthecitytea shared a video clip of Ceasar kicking a canine just before beating it relentlessly with a foldable chair. The puppy appears to limp absent and then toward him when he goes back inside of the house. In another body, Ceaser is found tossing a different pet dog in a tiny cage. The site says a neighbor’s Ring camera captured the footage.
