Thieves target another source for stolen goods: Delivery trucks and trains full of packages

Instead of shoplifting from suppliers, some burglars are zeroing in on one more goal: Trains and delivery vehicles entire of offers on the way to customers’ doorsteps.

UPS Main Executive Carol Tome reported Friday that 1 of the company’s 18-wheeler vehicles was robbed in Atlanta in the early hrs of the early morning. She explained intruders hijacked the truck soon after the driver left one particular of the delivery company’s premier hubs.
