Alexis Avila, 18, was arrested Saturday following becoming caught on digital camera dumping her infant in the dumpster at the 1400 block of N. Thorp in Hobbs. She confessed to the criminal offense and was charged with attempted murder and felony little one abuse, reported NBC Information.
