It is single app platform for both users and service providers. Both can login with their account type. Users can see their nearby services by KM distance and can book store appointments or house hold services directly in the app and pay online. All that paid amount is hold by My Near Services account and when the service provider marks the service completely then user get an update in their bookings that the service is completed after that user can approve or deny that decision.
In case if user accepted that service is completed then the service or booking amount will be added into service providers wallet and if user denies about the service then the support team verifies with both user and provider about the mismatch and decides in which wallet the amount should be credited i.e. user or provider.
Along with that when user books and appointment or books any service then provider has the option to accept or deny the service. In case if provider is busy and deny the service then service amount added back into users wallet.
